1) Who we are
Signal Swift is a mobile application owned and operated by A2Z FG Corp. (“A2Z FG Corp.”, “we”, “us”). We act as the data controller for personal data processed in and for the app and our related sites and services.

2) Scope
This Policy applies to the Signal Swift app and any related websites, support channels, and backend services we operate. It explains what we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and your rights.
3) Personal data we collect
a) Account and profile
Name, display name, email, avatar, biography, preferred language.
Authentication identifiers (e.g., Firebase UID).
Subscription status and plan metadata (e.g., monthly or annual, purchase and renewal dates).
Payment cards are not collected by us. Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play.
b) Authentication
Sign in with Apple, Google, Microsoft, Facebook, X (Twitter) may be offered.
Passkeys/WebAuthn may be offered. We store server-side public key credentials, not your biometric data.
c) App usage and device data
Device model, OS version, app version, IP address, time zone, language, approximate location (derived from IP), in-app events, crash logs, diagnostic logs, push notification tokens.
d) Trading features
You choose what to share.
We store only non-sensitive MetaTrader account details you add for convenience (e.g., account name/label, login, server, broker metadata).
We do not store your MetaTrader password in the app or in Firestore.
We do not store any MetaApi secret token in the app or in Firestore. Sensitive keys are handled on secure server components when needed.
Order instructions you submit in the app (e.g., symbol, action, lot size, TP/SL, SL-to-Entry automation flags) and execution outcomes are recorded to show history and feed features you enable.
e) Support and communications
Messages you send to support, feedback categories, tickets, and notification preferences.
4) Sources of data
Directly from you in the app or when contacting us.
Automatically from your device during use.
From authentication providers when you choose them.
From app stores for purchase validation.
From our processing partners when you execute trades through integrated services.
5) Why we process your data (legal bases)
Contract performance
Create and manage your account.
Provide core app features, including order placement workflows, trade history, and SL-to-Entry automation.
Validate and service your subscription and entitlements.
Legitimate interests
Secure and maintain the service.
Prevent abuse and diagnose issues.
Measure and improve performance and usability.
Limited analytics and telemetry proportionate to these aims.
Consent
Push notifications.
Advertising personalization (including iOS App Tracking Transparency).
Optional marketing communications.
Passkeys/WebAuthn enrollment.
You can withdraw consent at any time in system settings or in-app controls.
Legal obligations
Comply with applicable law, requests from competent authorities, court orders, and to enforce our terms.
6) Advertising and analytics
We may use Google AdMob for ads and Firebase services (e.g., Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions/Run, Cloud Messaging, Crashlytics, Analytics).
On iOS, we request ATT consent for cross-app tracking used by ad partners. You can refuse.
You can limit ad personalization in your device settings.
Where required, we serve non-personalized ads if consent is not granted.
7) Trading integrations (MetaApi / MetaTrader)
We integrate with MetaApi to relay trade instructions you authorize. MetaApi and your broker may process your data as separate processors/controllers under their terms.
We do not store your MetaTrader password or MetaApi secret in client storage or Firestore.
We store only the minimal public account metadata needed for account selection and restoration.
Orders and execution data are recorded to power features you enable (e.g., history, feed, notifications, SL-to-Entry updates).
8) Push notifications
We use Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver alerts you opt in to (e.g., trade status, SL-to-Entry updates, subscription events). You can disable notifications in OS settings or in the app.
9) Data sharing and recipients
We share data only as needed for the purposes above:
Service providers acting under contract, including Google (Firebase/Cloud/AdMob), Apple and Google (billing), crash/analytics tooling, logging/monitoring, and content delivery.
Trading integration partners to execute your authorized instructions (e.g., MetaApi; your broker).
Compliance and safety: law enforcement, regulators, or third parties when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
We do not sell your personal data.
10) International transfers
Your data may be processed and stored outside Switzerland and the EEA. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
11) Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above:
Account and subscription records: while your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for compliance, accounting, and dispute handling.
Logs, telemetry, and crash data: for operational and security needs for a limited period.
Trade history and feed items: until you delete them or your account is deleted, subject to legal retention.
We delete or anonymize data when no longer needed.
12) Your rights (EEA/UK/CH)
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object, and data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (e.g., FDPIC in Switzerland or your EU/UK authority).

13) California residents
If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including access, deletion, and correction. We do not “sell” personal information as defined by CCPA. You can contact us to exercise your rights.
14) Security
We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect data. No system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for keeping your device and account credentials secure.
15) Children
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children where prohibited by law. If you believe a minor provided data, contact us to delete it.
16) Third-party links
Our app or site may link to third-party sites or services. Their privacy practices apply to their services. Review their policies.
17) Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy. We will post the new version with a new “Effective date.” Material changes will be communicated as required.
